Update Member Information
All current AMT Members who would like to update their name or address need to click on the "Members Only" section located on the left side of the screen. Once you are in the "Secure Members Section", please login and click on "Update Member Information" to submit your change.

If you were once a current member with AMT and would like update your name or address, please see the following directions.
Change of Address
Please provide AMT with the following information:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Email (one email address only)
- Address 1
- Address 2
- City
- State/Providence
- Zip Code
- Country
- Home Phone
- Business Phone

Change of Name
Should you have a name change, please submit a COPY of a legal document showing your name change. Legal documents which are acceptable to AMT include a copy of your marriage certificate or divorce decree. Please send only a copy and not the original.

- Email (if any)
